Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, installed, washed, altered, cut, or colored.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Lace is uncut and packaging is intact
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Worn or installed wigs
  • Cut or altered lace
  • Custom or personalized orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist.
